Tri-County Fly Fishers, Inc. is a not for profit club whose members have a true love for fly fishing. We welcome anyone who wants to learn how to fly fish and gain experience in the art of fly tying; and become an active member of the fly fishing club. The beginner and the experienced angler are welcomed.

Sixty strong, our club is a member of the Federation of Fly Fishers International

Purpose
• Develop and improve skills in fly casting, and fly tying.
• Be a source of information and instruction.
• Create awareness of the state of the natural habitat that surrounds us.
• Become active and informative to correct abuses, violations and myths involving the waters in which we fish.
• Be socially involved with others who share our common interests.
• Actively support State and Federal legislation, proposed or incased, which serve to protect or improve our natural resources.
• Practice conservation ethics regarding "Catch & Release" of game fish.
• Make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Internal Revenue Codes.

Membership
The Club shall recognize all persons requesting membership:

(a) Membership- Membership is available to all residents of the Tri-County area.

(b) The Annual Dues- Dues for membership are set by the Board of Directors for each calendar year payable to the Treasurer in advance of becoming a member, and then annually on or before the first day of January. Members in arrears after the April business meeting will be dropped from the Club Roster.

(c) Honorary Membership- To deserving individuals at the discretion of the board.

Club Liability
Tri-County Fly Fishers of The Villages, Inc. (hereinafter the "Club") along with its officers, directors, employees, and related entities assumes no liability for injuries to individuals or damage to property which occurs during any activities or events sponsored, supported, organized, undertaken, or related to the Club. Participants in activities or events sponsored, supported, organized, undertaken, or related to the Club do so at their own risk: assume all liability for any damages, costs or fees resulting directly or indirectly from such participation: and agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Club and its officers, directors, employees, and related entities from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or proceedings arising from or related to any and all Club activities or events.
